After attending New Year mass, we went to explore Changi Airport Terminal 3. Hubby read the newspaper that there are some shops and eateries there which we can explore.
When we arrived, I was really surprised to see quite a good number of shops at the basement of Terminal 3. After a quick lunch at the food court, we walked around to check out the place. We came upon this Singkids where they housed a few cool slides and rides for the kids.
Faith became excited when she saw the kids playing with the huge exercise ball. Hubby decided to bring her in for some fun together as I waited outside. She ran around and the first place she went was the station where 4 big balloons were flying around. She tried to catch them and was really fascinated with it. She was having so much fun chasing the balloons and pushing them away…
That was one cool place for kids but definitely need an adult company. After 1 hour of play, our little one refused to leave the place though it was times up. Hubby had a hard time taking her out of the play area and we left quickly.
In the evening, hubby arranged dinner with in-laws at Overseas Restaurant. When we arrived, it was already quite crowded. Our food did not take long to be served as we preordered some dishes like their roast pork & char siew. We simply enjoyed the food there despite their expensive plain rice which cost $2 a bowl!
It was a well-spent New Year! Hereby wishing one and all a very blessed and wonderful Year 2012!
