Faith Turning One SOON…

OMG!!! I can’t believe that my little baby is turning the big ONE very soon.

I remembered exactly last year this time, I was still worried about the delivery and how it will be…I was still sharing with my colleagues and friends that I will not know what to do and not sure if I have the strength to push her out…

Now, she is already 11 months old. Simply amazing how time flies and in no time, I will be celebrating her birthday very soon.

Happy 11 Months sweetheart.

Dinner At The Hand Burger

We have passed by The Hand Burger Restaurant at Raffles City several times but didn’t have the chance to try till today. It was usually very crowded during the weekends and now that we need a space for our little one, it somehow made it more difficult to dine.

As it’s a child friendly restaurant, we decided to give it a try. The service staffs there were very friendly and nice. They arranged a corner table for us so that we can put our child at a safe area where she will not obstruct anyone.

It’s our first time dining there and we are somehow quite lost. Finally we ordered their Original Hand Burger set to try and chose different side dishes to share. The soup and fries were really delicious and I was happy about it. Then our main burgers were served though not the huge one but I thought it was a perfect side for dinner.





After dinner, we went back to our room to rest and prepare food for our little one. She was not into her biscuits during our dinner so we have to prepare milk for her… after her beauty shower, I played with her as she wanted us to entertain her… hahaaha… I told her to pose for pictures and she somehow understood and POSED for me… haahhaah…





It was a great day spent with little Faith indeed.

Faith Enjoying Her Bath

I remembered when she was an infant; she will scream when my confinement lady put her on her bath tub and cleansed her. It became so often that we will usually called it ‘Faith’s Concert’ whenever aunty Chong bathe her.

As she grew older, she seemed to enjoy her bath everyday and refused to get out of the tub. At times, she would whine and struggled to stay in the tub. I have never given in to her nonsense and always carry her out of the tub almost immediately after I am done cleaning her. That leaves her no time to whine… hahaahaaa

Birthday Dinner With Anna

It was my buddy Anna’s birthday and though we don’t meet each other often but I thought it would be nice to have a simple birthday dinner with her.

She has been busy with her work and finally we managed to meet for dinner at Coffee Club located at Raffles City. To be honest, I haven’t been shopping much at Raffles City and had slight difficulty finding the place but eventually found it.

We ordered our food and there were so many things to catch up with each other as we haven’t spoken for the longest time. There was a 1-1 promotion for dinner and it was really worth it.

Our food was served quite promptly but I was quite disappointed with my main dish as it wasn’t as tasty as I have expected. Anna’s main dish portion was really pathetic. It looked quite alright on the menu but the real thing was really small. Thank goodness I ordered a side dish.




The services were alright only some staff there wasn’t very attentive to us when we asked for some sauces and refilling of water was ignored too.

Congratulations Sheryl & Peter Er

Congratulations to the proud parents Sheryl & Peter Er for the arrival of their little princess Edith. Baby Edith, may you grown into a healthy and happy baby.

Congratulations Jason & Vivian

I was really excited when I received a sms from my buddy Vivian that she had admitted herself yesterday. I was anticipating that she might give birth anytime soon and I keep checking my messages every now and then.

I received another update from her in the afternoon but she has not yet given birth and waiting for the time to come… her contraction was consistence until she had an induction done. Her contraction became slower and she was quite restless. That kept me waiting and getting excited.

I waited till evening and had no news from her so, I went home disappointed. When I reached home and was hanging out with Tabi, I received a call from Theresa and was told Vivian gave birth in the evening. I was overjoyed and wanted to visit here but it was too late.

So, I was all excited about visiting her today with my friends. The hours in the office were such a drag and I was counting down to see her and her little princess. When we arrived at the hospital, I was so happy to see Vivian looking well and little Julia was all healthy.


She was half awake… listening to all our conversation and man… I really missed those moments when Faith was born. Baby Julia was 3.3kg, a very healthy weight indeed. Couldn’t tell who she resembles yet but guess soon we’ll be able to see.

Alpha Musician Dinner Gathering

Our music director Philip kindly arranged dinner for us since there is no practice today. He booked this cozy Shin Minori located at UE Square and best part, they are serving a-la-carte buffet at a very reasonable price.


It was really a great feeling to hang out with friends after a long day of slogging in the office. Totally sick of being in the office but seeing friends definitely lightened the mood. We ordered plenty of food as it was a-la-carte buffet… the buffet menu was fantastic and mostly my favorite la…









We all enjoyed the shisamo, fried squids, chicken meat ball, the sashimi, etc… they were simply delicious. Philip also ordered a bottle of red wine to compliment the food which was a pretty good combination.





Joining Alpha Music Ministry is joy indeed as they treats you like their own family members and took good care of each other. Thank you pals for having me in this wonderful ministry.
