Met up with buddies Patricia & Susan for dinner at Marche; it’s been a long time since my last visit after they have closed both outlets at Suntec & Heeren. In fact, I have been missing their ever delicious Rosti, mixed vegetables & the crepes… the current one & only Marche is at Vivo City.
When I arrived, I was really thankful that my friends were early as the queue was like a dragon! It was extremely long… once seated, we started to order our food and as usual, Rosti will be a MUST.
After hubby arrived, we ordered some more food like the Roast Chicken (mmmh… very yummy!), Pizza and Pasta. Saving some space for the desserts simply missed the crepes dearly… went to order banana crepes with chocolate ice-cream and strawberry crepes. However, the taste was rather disappointing as they no longer use custard; instead the crepes filling was mascarpone cheese which I found it too much!
Anyway, the dinner was fun and what matters was the companion rather than the food. *smiles*
The decoration at Vivo City was not too bad… pretty cute especially the reindeer’s decors. The Christmas tree was pretty too but bet it will be simple and non-noticeable if it wasn’t lighted up…
