Rie suggested Beauty Pot at Kinex and this is totally a new place to me.
I was also taken by surprise that the restaurant was crowded and in fact, fully
booked. We were pretty lucky to get the table with the Rie’s reservation and we
had the table near the glass overlooking the playground.
We started off with the soup choices and we chose 4 types of soup for
our hotpot. Herbal chicken, mala, tomato and collagen soup. We also ordered our
favourite hotpot dishes and mushrooms, kurobuta, fish balls were one of those
favourites.
The kids were also enjoying their food while the adults ate our hearts
out. hahaahahah… when the kids were done with their meal, they were out to play
at the playground just outside the restaurant. I like the place as we were able
to eat in peace and watch our kids while they play outside.
The food varieties at Beauty Pot is pretty good but we thought it was
quite costly for steamboat. I think we can save more money having our own
steamboat with better dishes. 😊 Overall, it was quite good and what
matters most was we had a great time dinning together as an extended family.
