The Burnt Basque Cheesecake has been going viral on the social
media during this CB and I am a big fan of cheesecake and having some cream
cheese at home, I decided to give it a shot too.
I was pretty surprised that this recipe needed so many blocks
of cream cheese and the sugar used were quite a lot too. I decided to follow
part of the recipe but reduced the sugar and it worked out perfectly. It was soft
in the side and tasted so GOOOOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!
I am sure I will be baking this delicious cheesecake again but
perhaps after CB coz’ I noticed that almost the whole Singapore are making this
cake as there isn’t any cream cheese left at the supermarket….
