Apart from grilled salmon, I tried to cook ravioli
with truffle cream sauce and baked salmon. For the truffle cream sauce, I followed
the recipe which I found online and turned out to be pretty good. It wasn’t too
complicated but you got to watch your fire otherwise your cream will be
overdone.
As for the salmon, I thought it tasted the same as
grilled when I had the salmon baked today instead. I noticed that the only
difference was the softness of the fish when you baked them. It was more tender
while grilled, it wasn’t as tender. 😊
