Cruise Inspection On Duffy Boat

Yes, once again, it’s another inspection for our VIPs guest. We actually went all out to charter this Duffy Boat for a one hour inspection.


When we arrived this morning, the boat was already docked and waiting for us to board. I was somehow worried as the boat is kind of small and afraid that I might get sea sick. After boarding the boat, I felt alright as the captain was blasting the speaker with pop song which somehow made me forget about the feeling.

The cruise started from Liang Court jetty and went round to Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Merlion, Marina Bay Sands and back. The ride was pretty enjoyable and smooth but the only setback was there was no commentary on the Duffy Boat compared to the Traditional Bum Boat.

Honestly, the ride wasn’t that bad for a first timer to Singapore but for Singaporeans, to spend such money, you should be either too RICH or TOO BORED to charter the boat for an hour cruise ride.
