A few days ago, I bought some fresh black truffles and made pasta with it. This time, I attempted to cook it with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Well, I would say this is one very expensive scrambled egg.
I cooked the scrambled eggs as usual but added some truffle oil to it
and finished it up with shaved truffle. This is one delicious breakfast that
you will want another serving… well, I did…
