I have been watching MasterChef series and it
somehow inspired me to cook at times. Today, I decided to go western for dinner
and I finally made the rosemary and lemon grilled salmon for the first time.
I wasn’t sure about the amount of ingredients I
should put but I just based on my instinct to do so and I was really glad that
it turned out to be great. The salmon was perfectly cooked with a slight pink
and was so soft and tasty.
Lady Faith was my judge and I was happy to have
scored a 8/10 for my dish. Mmmh… she said that I have space for improvement for
the vegetables as she mentioned it was slight too hard. 😊
I guess I will try out this dish again soon to
perfection. 😊
