My
boss heard so much about mummy Florence and asked me to invite her to our
dinner gatherings and today is the day!
We
went to Golden Spoon for our feast as boss was more confident about the dishes
there and trust that it will be a better choice for their ‘first date’… well,
indeed it was.
They
heat up pretty fast and began chatting almost the whole evening while the rest
of us were enjoying our food served. We ordered the usual dishes like the
platter, bamboo clams, salted egg yolk crab, garlic fried rice etc… Boss was
really happy that mummy enjoyed the food as much as we did and glad that it
went well.
As
their ages are pretty close, it’s no wonder that they have no issues on
communication. They simply talked about anything and everything under that cozy
roof while we enjoyed listening to their talks.
We
always return to this restaurant as we really enjoyed the food, services and of
course the reasonable priced dishes. J
