A Visit To Rie’s Place

My buddy Rie went for a surgery and was resting at home. I guessed she might be feeling bored and I decided to bring Faith to visit her and cheer her up.

After Faith afternoon nap and feeding, I brought her down to Rie’s place at Tanjong Rhu. It was my first time visiting a friend staying there. Initially, taxi driver and I got lost coz’ we weren’t sure of the place.

Anyway, in the end we managed to find it with the help of Rie waiting for us at the road side… hahaah…. Her love nest was lovely and cozy. Simply loved the balcony man…it was big enough to hold party for 20 pax!! KK, cool stuff you’ve got there man!

Rie seemed fine and well rested as she looked great. She had a great time playing with Faith and my baby felt extremely comfortable on her bed… mmmh… KK, you might conceive soon than you planned lor….it’s BABY LUCK!

Baby Faith Turns 2 Months

Time flies and it’s already 2 months since baby Faith was born. I clearly remembered the moment she came out with her hands stretched out giving out a loud cry. That very moment was the beginning of motherhood.

Having taking care of her for 2 months, it was one cool experience that money can’t buy. To be honest, I am already considering of being a stay home mum after 60 days of close bonding with her. I can’t imagine how much I will wake up with her and playing with her when I return to work.


Praying hard that baby Faith will continue to be healthy and happy everyday. Mummy & Daddy loves you dearly… our precious Baby Faith.

Birthday Celebration For The Trio

It was a birthday celebration for my mum, father-in-law and hubby. Hubby booked Spring Court Restaurant for this wonderful celebration.

We arrived early and seated at the private room as we have kids so, we definitely need more space…hahahahaah… anyway, hubby ordered the set menu and was thrilled that they actually include the suckling pig! Hahahah… simply loved it.



The dinner dishes were delicious and though I was busy handling baby Faith, she did allow us to have some ‘peaceful’ time for our dinner before she started yelling for attention!! I enjoyed the sharks’ fin soup very much; it was rich and man… you could really taste the shark’s fin lor…



As food was served, Sheryl (sis-in-law) was busy taking care of the KTV system and instead of singing solo, we all sang along! It was really nice to see the kids singing songs by Wonder Girls and Lady Gaga!! Yep… I was surprised that they could sing those hip songs.

After dinner, we did the traditional cake cutting ceremony and followed by family pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner time as a family.

My First Outing With Faith Alone

I was all excited about bringing Faith for an office visit today. Before heading out, I made sure she was fed and comfortable to leave.

On our way down in the cab, she was curious but fell asleep as usual during a car ride. When I arrived at the office building, Rie was over excited and came down to welcome us. hahahahaah… finally we made it to office… some of the colleagues came out to play with her and Linda helped me with the feeding too. I was really happy to see my colleagues for the first time after birth.

Theresa who was in the office came down to my office to check her God-granddaughter out and we left to take MRT together. It was Faith’s first ride on the MRT too though it was a short one. She behaved well and it gave me more confident to bring her out on my own soon. We shopped at Plaza Singapura for a short while before I bought lunch back home.


Mmmh…. I enjoyed the trip down to office and a joy ride on the MRT with baby Faith!
