We were filled with awe when we arrived at this
beautiful room which is located behind the main hotel building. The room was
very pretty indeed and there is a backdoor access to the pool only used by the
residence staying at this terrace.
We did not waste any time and jumped into the pool
after changing into our swimming gear. Both Faith & Emma were excited and
happy to be in the pool even though they weren’t good at swimming. We were
happy to have the whole pool to ourselves… guess it was a week day and believed
that most people will prefer to stay over the weekends.
The kids really love the hotel and in fact, they
did not even want to get out of the pool. While they were playing at the
shallow end of the pool, I took the opportunity to sun bath… it’s been a long
time since I last suntan!!!
We were up early the next morning woken by the
sounds of peacocks… this is Sentosa and we will expect some wildlife loitering around
the resort. True enough, we saw many peacocks hanging around on our way to
breakfast. Their restaurant was not crowded and the buffet spread was not as
exciting as those hotels on land. We ordered a-la-carte breakfast instead as
buffet was too much for us.
This is one beautiful resort which we will be
revisiting soon and THUMPS UP for their warm and friendly staff.
