Due to this Covid-19 pandemic, it
somehow makes people to stay home more and with that, I got to think of
different dishes for dinner. This time, I decided to try out the Sweet and Sour
Pork Ribs with Thermomix.
It was a simple and quick dish to
cook with this fantastic machine. It didn’t take me long to get this dish to
the dinner table and the aroma of this dish was all over the house when it was
done! It definitely smelt so good and as for the taste… we all gave a 4 out of
5 as it was a little salty for our liking. I guess I can reduce the salt the
next time and I bet it will taste fantastic!
