Meatball Spaghetti

The kids have been requesting for home cooked luncheon and today, they will have their wishes come true. Set off to the supermarket this morning and found some fresh meatballs and bought some mushrooms to prepare a simple luncheon for the girls. Mum not a fan of meat, so I prepared mushroom spaghetti for her instead.

When the girls came home and showered, they were seated at the dinning table waiting for their luncheon to be served. When I brought out the portion for my mum, they looked disappointed and asked if they are having that for lunch. I simply gave a smile and said yes but with a difference. Hhahaahahahahaah…

Little pumpkin was all up and excited questioning what would be the difference. She screamed the moment I put the pasta in front of her and both were all excited and started eating. They love the meatballs with pasta and seeing them enjoying their meal is so satisfying. 😊  

Bonding With The Extended Family

We are happy that we can meet and gather during this strict Covid Measures. We took the chance to meet up at Kinya Izakaya once again to give support to our ex-colleague Roy and of course trying out other dishes in the restaurant.

When we arrived, we were given a table with an odd set up. We spoke to the waitress and the duty manager shifted us to a private room instead. WOW… it was a fantastic upgrade I supposed. 😊

As usual, we ordered most of the favourite dishes and tried out their famous ramen this round. The ramen was yummy to the max and I wished I could have a second serving but it’s gone… the food was really good and I guess this would be one of our favourite hangout in future.

We managed to have a little catching up with Roy and certainly nice to get reconnected with him once again. I am sure we will be back again very soon. :)
